# QUANTUM LEAP IN BATTERY LOGISTICS

LogBATT GmbH has delivered its **latest generation of transport boxes for critical
lithium ion batteries** to its own logistics on 09. September.

With this largest load carrier in the market,** batteries up to 1150 kg** can be
transported. In a real fire test the box was successfully tested with a nominal 
energy of 112 kWh.

The transport box thus has **a 16% higher payload** and **a 44% larger internal 
useful dimension**. Thus, the latest car batteries of **Tesla, Mercedes Benz, BMW,
MAN, VW and Porsche** fit in this box.

Faster loading and unloading thanks to tension locks and the **7% reduced sales 
price** despite the steel crisis round off the added value of the innovative reusable
packaging.

for the transport of large BEV and PHEV batteries in the market,” says Knobloch,
