# “WE ARE A WASTE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN THE SENSE OF $56 ( Efb)”

A next important milestone in the still young history of LogBATT is accomplished.
Since October 2021 we are certified as a waste management company in accordance 
with § 56 of the Recycling Management Act with the procedure number: ZZFT003003666001.

Our company will collect, transport, store, treat, recycle or dispose of waste –
in particular lithium-ion batteries (LIB) in green, yellow and red condition – on
a commercial basis for companies with a focus on the automotive sector and industry
with immediate effect and will be able to perform one or more of these activities
independently on the basis of its organizational, personnel and technical equipment.

Now it is time to extend the quality standards, because for LogBATT GmbH “standstill
is regression”. (HD)
