• The SafetyBATTbox M-Storage from LogBATT is the compact, stationary storage solution for small sites with low battery throughput. Weighing just 100 kg when empty, this hazardous goods container can be moved without a forklift – a key advantage for specialist retailers, repair workshops and smaller recycling centres.
• Three functions in one box: a secure temporary storage container, a quarantine box for suspicious batteries, and an evacuation container in the event of damage. It can be documented as part of a fire safety plan.
• When storing lithium batteries, the necessary protective measures are determined by the site’s individual risk assessment, supplemented by structural and technical fire safety measures and documentation of the storage plan.
• Safety in the event of damage: robust construction, highly effective insulation, controlled temperature range on the external walls. The flue gas management system filters escaping gases and prevents excess pressure.
• No fire-fighting water required – meaning it can be used even without a fire-fighting water retention system. This makes installation at existing sites considerably easier.
• Reusable system comprising a storage box and a LogCOVER fire-resistant blanket.
• LogCOVER fire-resistant covers are available as accessories.
