- The SafetyBATTbox XL-2.2 from LogBATT is a versatile transport box for large lithium cells, battery modules and complete high-voltage batteries from passenger cars and commercial vehicles. As a certified dangerous goods container, it complies with three packaging instructions (LP904, LP905, LP906) simultaneously – from damaged batteries in the recycling process to critically defective rechargeable batteries.
- The main areas of application are standard faulty batteries, returns from workshop processes, recycling streams and the transport of battery modules from dismantling facilities.
- Proven safety: certified by BAM, tested in real-world fire tests at independent testing institutes. In the event of a fire, the robust structure contains the fire within the unit, whilst the external walls remain below 100 °C.
- Flue gas management using filter elements prevents overpressure and filters out escaping gases.
- Type approval for Packaging Group I (ADR, RID, IMDG, ICAO), approved for packaging instructions LP904, LP905 and LP906.
- Included in the scope of delivery: LogCOVER fire-retardant blanket. LogBAGs are available as accessories.
